Course Aim:
The aim of the course is to allow the trainees to understand the importance of fire safety by understanding what the fire triangle is and how fires spread. The types of fire are also discussed, with the types of extinguishers which are needed to put them out respectively. Trainees are also assessed on how to use the fire extinguishers effectively and when to use them in time of danger. Based on that, the trainees are also assessed on what to do if a fire occurs and how they should save themselves and others if need be.
