Hazard Recognition

Course Aim:

We have evaluated the required training courses in detail and we came up with a proposal for a two days training program, during which participants will develop an understanding of Hazard Recognition.

Chemicals can pose a wide range of health and physical hazards, and exposure to hazardous chemicals is common for workers in a large variety of industries. When workers are exposed to hazardous chemicals, OHSA requires employers to provide employees with information about those hazards and training over how to protect themselves and others from harm.

The Hazard Recognition Training course teaches participants the fundamentals of how to identify hazards in the workplace, rate the risk of the hazards identified, and recommend controls to eliminate or minimize the risks of these hazards using various tools developed by safety professionals.
